Compassion First Home Care is proud to offer retirement villages in Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas the opportunity to host a free tech support session for their residents.
Inspired by Our Customers
We saw firsthand the challenges faced by some of our customers at Margaret Court Retirement Village who were struggling to utilise their technology, such as smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and audiobooks. This inspired us to organise a successful tech support session at Margaret Court.
During our first tech support session, many of the attendees described how they felt unable to approach children, grandchildren or family in fear of making a burden of themselves. This meant any issues were being left unresolved or these were directed to the residential care staff.
Our initial tech session with Margaret Court has been such a success with the residents and staff that we have now been asked to hold one for them every month. We would love to offer this service to the
rest of our community.
